Job Accountabilities : 1. Assist in installing, configuring, upgrading, and migrating databases2. Assist in planning and implementing backup and recovery procedures3.
Assist in monitoring and performance tuning of the databases4. Assist in creating, controlling, monitoring and tracking user access to the database5.
Assist in planning the storage requirement, monitor available storage space and watch growth trends6. Assist in resolving database related issues and coordinate with vendors for technical support7.
Assist in evaluating new database releases and related product and tools8. Assist in formulating project plans that are in line with the company’s vision and mission and assess the resource requirements9.
Assist in providing support to application development team10. Provide support to application development team11. Assist in maintaining an updated professional and technical knowledge12.
Assist in ensuring compliance with vendor license agreement13. Assist in administering, monitoring and maintaining the e mail system 14.
Ensure the assigned helpdesk tickets are serve in the most efficient manner.Qualifications : Education : Graduate of computer science / engineering, information technology or any science / business related courseExperience : With 1 2 years work experience on related functions.
