Key Responsibilities :
Site visit once a week
Full responsibility inensuring that all INFOHALLWAYS are updated
Maintenance of Boards(Bi-Monthly)
Manage Logistics for UpcomingEvents
Source and evaluate vendorsaccording to specific requirements aligned with the approved budget
Develop and administeremployee surveys
Standard Coordination andexecution of Site Town halls
Manage Costing, BudgetAllocation and Requests
Increaseparticipants / members of the company’s different organizations / clubs
Maintain the Tracker ofthe company’s organizations / clubs (Members and Activities)
Budget Allocation andRequests
Create a DISCOUNT PARTNERMasterfile (establishments) for the Employees
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / College Degree , any field.
At Least 1 year of experience inorganizing and managing Company Events
Excellent in Oral and Written Communication Skills (English)
Highly creative and proficient in MSOFFICE
Adaptable and willing to work overtimeand adjust work schedule
Analytical and Detailed Oriented
Adaptable and Flexible with changes
Responsible, mature and is able to handleconfidential information
