MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Works with E-Commerce team for campaigns and marketing activities for Fly Ace’s e-commerce platforms
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
At least 2-3 years of experience handling marketing communications campaigns
Experience in the following is a plus : Digital PR / influencer, Activations, Content, ATL, Digital Media, Social Media and ECommerce
Job Description
Develops & executes communications strategies of assigned brands, aligned with company / brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all media & PR channels.
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT
Partners with brand team and external agencies to develop an effective & integrated communications plan that connects brand positioning, brand messaging and creative execution ensuring consistency across channels / materials.
Ensures all communications adhere to advertising and consumer governing bodies
Partners with brand team to develop & implement the appropriate influencer and / or media strategy / plan for brands to achieve business objectives while maximizing budget
Ensures evaluation systems are in place to measure performance vs. objectives and goals; regularly reports campaign performance to brand team
Manages social media, influencer, creative and activation agencies (in collaboration with brand team) and leads negotiations with agencies
Manages within media budget
PR MANAGEMENT
Plans campaigns and executions that will improve the image or perception of the brand / organization, aligned with brand / company objectives, in collaboration with Communications Manager
Recommends appropriate channel strategy to reach target audience and determine the best way to communicate with them publicly
Directs external agencies that develop communications and information programs
Oversees and directs press material production (eg. speeches, press releases, videos, etc)
Evaluates campaigns vs. set objectives, ensuring objectives are met; prepares campaign post report and learning recommendations
Manages within PR budget
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising of related PR activities
Prepares competitive monitoring report
Regularly shares best practices in PR / media campaigns that can be used in future campaigns
ACTIVATION
Planning : Collaborates with brand team with strategic activation ideas based on brand’s objective and leads briefing and evaluation of third party agencies and cost management
Execution / Implementation : Provides directions and closely monitors TPAs to ensure activation details are executed flawlessly and on time (regular project meetings and pre-prod meeting) and obtains real-time consumer insights about the brand and their experience.
Evaluation : Creates and reviews Post-Activity Reports (PAR) of activation, in collaboration with TPA and brand team
