SPi - Paranaque is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice, 6 month project based).
Job Description :
Communicates with customers to gather details and / or probe for necessary information (i.e. specific concerns, account details, name etc.
in order to correctly identify and assess customers’ needs.
Manages customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation.
