  • Those who will be selected for the program will : Undergo an accelerated development program Be exposed to the core processes of the business Be included in the pipeline of future Zuellig Pharma Leaders JOB SUMMARY A Management Trainee undergoes training that will enable the individual to advance to management positions within the organization.
  • He / She will be responsible for working alongside managers or senior personnel and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.
  • MANAGEMENT TRAINEE RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in meetings, training, workshops and other learning opportunities Work in different departments to gain perspective of the business including sales, operations, business solutions, commercial solutions, finance, quality assurance, information systems, human resources Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for the performance of department duties Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies, protocols and processes that affect the business Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers Attends periodic evaluations and achieve passing scores in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program MANAGEMENT TRAINEE REQUIREMENTS Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor?

    s degree related to any of the disciplines mentioned above Grade point average of 90% / 3.0 or higher Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills Ability to interact effectively with a range of staff throughout the company Proficient in MS applications Positive attitude and willingness to learn The candidate will go thru a stringent assessment process which will include battery of tests and panel interviews.
