Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Helps create and review company policies and procedures regarding Performance Management and overall Employee code of conduct
  • Lead, assist, coordinate, and / or provide support for the design and implementation of corporate interventions related to culture shaping, change management, leadership development, integration, and strategy implementation
  • Conducts organizational surveys and analyzing of actual and thorough information and recommend areas for improvements based on the data gathered
  • Oversees employee compliance with Performance Management processes such as KRA / KPI setting and performance review
  • Assisting in the review and preparation of data, analytics, and insights to support decision making on succession reviews, development programs, and attraction activities
  • Researches, and assists in the conceptualization and implementation of OD programs which are aligned to the company’s direction.
  • Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 4 years of HR, Organizational Development, or Talent Management experience
  • Knowledge of the performance management, organization study, and change enablement best practices, methods, approaches, and techniques
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
