    Business Application Support Specialist

    Description

    As employee in the QA CSV Support Services area you will be the support contact for global QA CSV and customers, e.g. Validation Manager of global QA CSV&C processes related computer systems.

    You will be the interface between responsible persons for related Computer Systems, and the QA CSV&C teams, if applicable.

    Responsibilities

  • Ensure that supported processes and computerized systems do comply with GxP regulations, by performing review, monitoring and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide a good understanding of Good Documentation Practice to ensure proper process and system validation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process for the CSV tasks, support solution finding and trouble shooting.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of CSV related audits and authority inspections, e.g. FDA / ANVISA / EMEA
  • Support CSV-related projects and subprojects within BI’s internal CSV framework including preparation of trainings related to BI’s global quality management system and CSV framework
  • Supporting training tasks, creating highly attractive presentations, easy-to-read short instructions, knowledge repositories
  • Required Skills / Experience :

  • With at least 3 years' experience focused on computer system validation and information technology.
  • Knowledgeable in GxP would be an advantage
  • Customer Service Orientation and Incident Management
  • Experienced communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Able to work on a shifting schedule
  • Has shared services experience
  • Some project management skills
