Job Description

  • Responsible in attending to customers’ orders, inquiries and complaints
  • Provide assistance to Key Account Executives in providing feedback to customers with respect to order delivery, a status of sample requests / dispatch details and other matters
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any business or related course
  • With at least 2 years experience in customer service and order entry
  • Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be hardworking, results-oriented, proactive and a team player
  • Computer literate
