Requirements :
Native Korean fluent in English
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any course
Knowledge in SAP or Salesforce is a plus
With experience in administrative tasks, coordination and / or preparation of contracts, agreements and sales quotations
Willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities :
Assist escalation team to attend to customer inquiries or to process invoices
Communicate with internal or external customers
Process invoices and prepare contracts and agreements
Manage allocating engineers and technicians to clients in troubleshooting products
Record and maintain data and records of customer requests
