As Partner Management Associate, you will serves as a link between Partners and PureB2B to communicate and to ensure projects are completed within given timeframe, provided set of criteria and to maintain quality of products to our clients.
The day to day duties will include but are not limited to planning, monitoring, and preparation of production orders. Coordinate campaign statuses and replacements to Partners.
Job Responsibilities :
Creation of Order forms for Partners
Monitor Partner Campaign production
Reconciliation of orders with respective sources
Direct communication and coordination with Partners and other departments
Monthly audit of all orders
Work with Fulfillment and Campaign Management Groups; Client Success, Demand Generation, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of orders within allotted timeline.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications :
Very good eye for detail
Proactive problem solver
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience on Project Management in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound) is a plus but not required
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go daily; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
