The PMO plays one of the most critical roles in the engagement. In this role, you will work with the Global Shared Services Program Management Office Team and will be instrumental to the growth of the client presence globally.

  • This role mainly focuses on the transitions and projects assigned to Infosys. You will also bridge the 'Client' to the '
  • Supplier' (Infosys), so it is imperative that, to be successful in this role, you should know how to build good working relationships across the board.

    The role will give you a good exposure on the 'ins and outs' of the business as you have the visibility on business strategies, client expansions and supplier selections.

    This is a global role that will support all client delivery centers provided by Infosys. Also, in this role, you will not be limited to Infosys-related projects as the client may assign projects for their other offices / locations to you.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Leading end-to-end projects for all Infosys locations with client delivery center. Creation of Project Schedule, Project Presentations, Risk Registers, and all other project artifacts

    Collaborating with the support teams to ensure all project requirements are understood and worked on. Proactively working with client business partners to ensure the project needs are met.

    Tracking of project deliverables to ensure adherence to project timeline. Creating engagement reports / dashboards and facilitating / Leading project calls with key stakeholders.

    Monitoring and tracking of project timeline.

    Managing Client Visits, Risks and Issues.

    Supporting the Global Center Operations Head in ensuring that all engagement-level requirements are met and completed, e.

    g. Internal Audits, Client Audits, Infosys Risk Management, Billability Tracking, BCP, etc.

    Key Requirements :

    Good grasp of Project Management to deliver successful end-to-end transitions / projects.

    Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus. Excellent Stakeholder Management - must be confident and comfortable dealing with middle to top management.

    Self-starter, and can drive closure of activities even with minimum level of support

    Organized and has keen attention to details. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities.

    Must be able to work well in a high-pressure environment. Must be flexible and willing to work in varying shifts, night shift included.

    Experience must be results and service-oriented, and ability to move forward without complete information.

    With Google G Suite; advanced reporting and presentation capabilities. Good working knowledge on F&A and Sourcing processes.
