  • have a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing, Property Development / Real Estate Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • have experience in property, operations and facilities management especially in commercial buildings, shopping centers, hotels and sports / entertainment facilities.
  • have work experience of at least 6 months to 1 year for assistant positions, 3 years for supervisory positions and 5 years for managerial positions.
  • have above average coordination, interpersonal, communication, customer service and administrative support skills.
  • be willing to work on a 6-day work week and shifting schedule.
  • be willing to work in any of the following locations : Nueva Ecija (Gapan), Pampanga (San Fernando), Bulacan (Plaridel, Sta.
  • Maria), NCR (Bicutan), Cavite (Carmona, Dasmariñas), Laguna (Calamba, Makiling) and Batangas (Tanauan).
