Primary Objective of the role : The HRIS Specialist is responsible in employee data management. The role ensures high level of confidentiality, accuracy and timely management of HRIS data.
Provide administrative support for a specific HR function (HRIS). Duties include but are not limited to pulling data from HRIS system.
Updating / inputting employee data into HRIS, and resetting employee accounts. Tracks and logs incoming HR related data such as promotions, pay changes, client changes, and site EE / Transfers, Separations.
Run reports, formats and presents information to higher levels of HR management and / or other Departments.
Prepare administrative letters related to employee movements such as Promotions and Pay Changes.
Answer HRIS related inquiries from walk-ins, emails, and other messaging and ticketing tools.
In-charge on the end to end onboarding of newly hired for North America region
Coordinates with the new hire for the pre-employment requirement and contract
Serves as POC for North American region new hires

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Offices Apps
Will serve as backup on updating the HRIS System of TOA
