Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Executives which includes :
  • Support appointments, meetings, events and business travel, schedules,
  • Visitor management ,
  • Booking of flight tickets, accommodation, and relocation arrangements for Internal and external visitors, visa processing, and submission of documents.
  • Work closely with travel desk team on all travel request ( Domestic and international business travel arrangements)

  • Hotel negotiation, Travel best practice
  • Event and Meeting arrangement for inter and external customer / employees team outing , family day arrangement , sports events..
  • Coordinating all hands meetings and other internal meetings, end to end arrangement and management of Global Visitors.
  • Special task such as ERT and CSR work .
  • Raising Purchase Request as and when request arise from team, work closely with sourcing & finance team till the PO is closed.
  • Vendor on boarding work, bill verification of all travel related to employees and vendor bill verification relating to travel, transportation, hotels, events
  • Employee insurance coordination.
  • Support few onsite senior directors with expense reporting and submission of bills on expense portal - Concur
