WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

The aim of the incumbent's position is to understand the production process (Primary, Affector and Make Pack) and support production on day-to-day admin needs.

Act as the inventory keeper for all the non-bom materials and raise purchase requests when stock running low. Support production management in preparing presentations, updating monthly KPI achievement board, consolidating waste reports, consolidating beetle reports and etc.

Work closely with office staff to ensure good 5S3R in the office and act as document administrator for production according to IMS standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production Process / Order Analyst Work closely with the production team to understand the production process Work closely with the process analyst team to understand issues and provide meaningful improvement idea Learn SAP transactions in order to perform analyst independently
  • Report Consolidation Prepare Power BI report for the daily production meeting Consolidate daily beetle report Consolidate daily waste report Consolidate any other report that might be related to the production Update monthly KPI achievement report
  • General Office administration Coordinates with PPO on PR / Migo preparation Work with different function heads to maintain office 5S3R Third-Party workforce attendance consolidation IMS documentation administration Inventory control for office supply, non BOM materials, PPE and etc.
  • Shuttle arrangement when needed

  • Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations, and work performance instructions.
  • Understand the health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe.
  • Develop their competency to do the work healthy and safely, participate in health and safety training and receive appropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters, warning signals, and written directions and instructions.
  • Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures.
  • Always demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, the report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to their supervisor and eliminate them within their authority and ability to do so.
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's Degree holder. Engineering Graduate is a plus
  • At least 3 years of similar experience in production analysis function.
  • Excellent communication skills - English & Local Language.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Power BI report. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge will be added advantages
  • Have strong analytics skills. Good knowledge in inventory control, document control, and admin task management.
  • Knowledge in SAP ERP is a must
