Manage data room exercises (DRE) with existing and new partnersLiaise with partners, secure internal approvals, set-up secure data room environments and conduct actual DREsCoordinate with country Risk Management and Data & Analytics teams, Citi model developers / data scientists and partner data specialists on data requirements to ensure alignment of goals and outcomeFollow-through on the validation and execution;
ensure sustainability of the moving forward processDevelop or adapt existing use cases for leveraging partner data, quantify the business impact, present to Citi management team and partner, lead the implementationAnalyze the results of DREs and monitor the performance against projections
Lead the migration of existing multiple Excel reporting dashboards to self-service data visualizationMap and reconcile existing reports and KPIs to available self-service dashboardsValidate the accuracy and completeness of data in the new dashboards.
Escalate and resolve issues if any.Manage stakeholder access requestsShare the migration process and push for adoption to other markets
Create new self-service dashboards that will answer common business questions (e.g. real-time results of marketing campaigns).
Present and push for adoption of stakeholders.
Discover and execute potential efficiencies on data usage across departments (e.g. datasets / MIS dashboards that can be shared, processes that can be streamlined).
Job Skills Required
Bachelors or Master’s degree with strong academic background in a quantitative discipline like Data Science / Statistics, Math, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics, Finance
5+ years of working experience in a quantitative field, financial / credit card industry preferred
Strong analytical and practical problem solving abilities
Strong communications (written, verbal presentations and interpersonal) and project management skills
