As a Technical Support Analyst (RCO), you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Work in EUTSD Provisioning team, building (loading applications and transferring user data / settings as applicable) new personal computing devices for new hires, mixed build, and Lifecycle teams
  • Experience in providing superior service-oriented desktop provisioning and support Enjoys challenging troubleshooting and pays attention to details Must be a self-

    starter and able to work independently while also being part of a great team environment

    Requirement Qualifications :

  • 2 years+ IT Desktop Support (Windows 7 & 10)
  • 2 years+ Customer Service Experience. Superior customer service skills, able to interact with a wide range of customers
  • 2 years+ Knowledge of Enterprise application (MS Office)
  • 2 years+ experience in desktop deployment, provisioning and support, with focus on remote support tools
  • 2 years+ experience in use of systems management tools such as SMS or Altiris
  • Knowledge in using any remote software tools
  • Solid troubleshooting skills, able to find the root cause of issues and rectify it
  • Preferred Qualification :

  • Knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting
