As a Merchant Support (MS) Specialist, you have a mission to enrich your merchants’ business, because you know your merchants’ success is also your success.
You will put your merchants at the center of all your initiatives by building great relationships with them and understanding their payments-related needs.
You will provide solutions to their challenges, bridge knowledge gaps, and proactively recommend ways they can maximize their revenue potential.
You’re a super connector, working closely with other Paymentwall teams to holistically provide merchants (and their customers) a great payments experience.
What you'll be doing :
Analyze merchants’ payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions;
Collaborate with other internal teams such as compliance, fraud and risk, business development, account management, optimization, and integration for cascading and / or escalations of merchants’ payment-related concerns
Work closely with the development team and provide recommendations for back-end tools that improve customer service
Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues, recognizing trends and sharing reports to the rest of the Paymentwall team
What you'll need to have :
Must be a Korean bilingual speaker (native)
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, communication or related discipline
At least one year experience in a customer support or sales role within B2B environment at a payments or financial company, e.
g., credit card processing, e-Wallet, digital good, banking or other payments related businesses; Experience working with VIP business clients is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
A clear understanding and appreciation of the digital goods space, web-based services, mobile services and how online payments work
