The primary responsibilities in this role are to support the strategic and tactical efforts in the design, development and delivery of programs at Vistaprint (e.

g. Onboarding, Orientation, Leadership Programs and Performance Management Courses). Additionally, the specialist will form strong partnerships with subject matter experts to assess performance needs and make strategic learning and non-

learning recommendations to enhance organization performance.

This role will be responsible for conducting soft skills training needs assessments for the business and delivering training materials, communications and activities required to launch and / or maintain new curriculum, regardless of content.

In addition, this role will be involved in conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of programs, recommending / implementing modifications as necessary.

Major Responsibilities Increase Language proficiency across the site Assist with the facilitation of complex professional or managerial training sessions Facilitate classroom portions of development programs Coach and mentor program participants on an ongoing basis and facilitate small groups on a regular basis Manage a program evaluation strategy, report out on learning feedback and results and other post workshop components as appropriate Maintain as well as develop the core CARE learning curriculum, keeping all program materials up to date as it relates to the dynamics of the organization Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure that all materials and logistics are in place for the timely delivery of programs Act as liaison between business owners and Talent Development from scoping to implementation Assist Instructional Designers in development of other related management development programs Design and development of performance management related modules as required Participate in the development of business strategy in regard to CARE learning initiatives Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess :

At least 2-5 years of experience facilitating multiple day soft skills programs to a broad range of audiences. Excellent reputation as a dynamic and engaging facilitator.

At least 2 years experience of coaching 1 : 1 as well as small groups over extended periods of time Knowledge of performance management content, particularly as it relates to leading and managing others.

Expert command of adult learning principles. Education : BA / BS and other advanced degree essential; Preferably in Communications, Education, Business or Program Management.

An ongoing commitment to learning in the areas of leadership and management.
