Key Accountabilities :
Assist with developing and executing the Audit Services strategy and road map for the DA program
Build & maintain effective working relationships with business and IT teams in Audit and across the organization
Lead the analytical project planning with audit teams to establish scope and deliverables, particularly for research and data collection tasks
Develop and execute data access plan for each project and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT and Business Unit application users to understand data structure, availability and accessibility
Evaluate the appropriateness of data sources for quality and accuracy
Perform or consult audit teams on data validation, consolidation and cleansing processes
Knowledge and experience of analytics applications (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive) for complex data analytics to evaluate controls and business objectives and Analytics designed to identify outliers, anomalies, patterns, or other compliance indicators that may be hidden in the data
Understand and map data delivery processes for both structured and unstructured data types utilizing various internal and external data sources;
interface with data experts & data sourcing resources. Why do we need to deliver a process for data delivery?
Develop detailed business and system knowledge within supported areas. Document business, system, and data knowledge to help build a robust knowledge-base for future efforts
Train and support audit teams in the analysis of captured data as well as technical training to auditors across all levels on data analytics training programs for Audit Services and where necessary provide specific training for the Asia audit team.
Lead the innovation road map for the DA program to increase efficiencies and capabilities of the broader Audit group (oversee research, machine learning models, tailored products, etc.)

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in a technical (computer science, statistics, math, etc.) or business discipline or equivalent technical expertise
5+ years analytics experience
3+ years business experience including data analytics / data management / programming experience.
Significant experience with data gathering, storing, and retrieval methods working with various data sources
Competency in data analysis
Knowledge of programming languages and databases : SQL, R, Python
Experience with statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, and decision trees) and anomaly detection methods
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Insurance or Financial Services industry and / or audit experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate complexity with clarity to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively
Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to navigate difficult situations through relationship building and by influencing others;
confident and comfortable working with senior executives
Strong technical knowledge of data and data concepts
Detailed oriented with a problem-solving mind set
Displays strong relationship building mindset and skills
Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to problem solve and get results
Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be results orientated
Turn statistical and computational analysis into user-friendly graphs, charts, and animation. Ability to communicate results and educate others through reports and presentations
