Develop and execute a cohesive social strategy to drive and enhance Infobip’s brand value and presence across the APAC region.
Work closely with key stakeholders and primary global, regional teams to oversee the development and implementation of social media campaigns that align with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Strategize, plan and create contents for Infobip’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn accounts to engage online audience, increase traction and followers on the various platforms.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Constantly explore new functions of the various platforms and propose new engaging ideas by identifying and adopting the latest emerging social media trends and technologies.
At least 5 years of experience or more as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant major
Strong professional communication and content writing skills
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
