Job Summary :

End-buyer financing associate is committed to assist our company in achieving company's financial objectives in timely collection of lump sum balances by communicating with clients and

give prompt evaluation of the accounts.

b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

Daily Duties :

  • Contacting clients by all means of communication to negotiate and evaluate lump sum balances collections
  • Collates client's requirements such as Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell, Buyer's Information Sheet, Ledger, Valid IDs and Statement of Account for endorsement to partner banks and or for processing of Lease to Own, In-house financing, Transfer of Rights and Cancellation. .
  • Administration of Bank Guarantees / Deed of Undertaking received from partner banks by Generation of billing / statement of accounts / ledgers and checking of documentary requirements such as contract to sell, reservation agreement and other related documents .
  • and by creating Rush.net ticket for the processing of Letter of Guarantee

  • Routing of Letter of Guarantee and Deed of Undertaking to the designated FLI signatories and Legal for notarization
  • Returns the Letter of Guarantee, Deed of Undertaking account and Statement of to the accredited bank partner
  • Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all documents, payment plans and amount paid
  • Reports the daily productivity to officer on a day-to-day basis
  • Performs other related functions related to End Buyer Financing Unit / Lump sum due collections.
  • Generation and distribution of reminder letter for accounts due in 6 months and 3 months :
  • a) Generates report from SAP for the list of accounts due
  • b) Prints reminder letters
  • c) Evaluation of accounts if letter is needed to be sent in terms of adjustment in ledger, advance full payment, etc.
  • d) Sends reminder letters
  • e) Secures copy of waybill / proof of delivery and monitoring of undelivered and delivered letters
  • Monitoring of collateral documents delivery to partner banks and fully paid accounts
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • Atleast 3 years of related work experience
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to adhere to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Can work under pressure in minimal supervision
  • Good oral, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati
  • Can start ASAP
