WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Responsible for supporting the Customer Nurturing Team's OKRs around premium collection, digital adoption, leads generation, and general nurturing
Assist in drafting quarterly-long copies in support of campaigns around the team’s OKRs
Prepare reports on campaign comms performance (e.g. open / click through rates from communication blasts using extracted files from comm channels, open rates) and recommend fitting strategies for optimization
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on timely posting of content against project objectives
Support in proofreading available copies
Route copies for approval of internal stakeholders
Assist in maintaining a library of all Customer Nurturing outputs, i.e. comm templates, key visuals
Closely coordinate schedules with other agile teams / business units for fulfillment of projects co-led with Customer Nurturing each sprint
Assist in launching campaigns through internal and external stakeholder engagement
