JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
  • Ensures proper procurement process and procedures are followed as per the policy of the company.
  • Improves administrative procedures and ensures compliance.
  • Responsible for organizing and safekeeping of Admin documents.
  • Coordinating operational office systems.
  • Requisitions and maintaining general office supplies and / or other services through appropriate channels.
  • Keep up to date inventory of all assets of the company with regular physical verification.
  • Prepare and monitors cash advances and validates liquidation.
  • Arranging and coordinating for travel, conferences, and other such activities for the employees and sister company employees.
  • Assist in preparation of payment for utility bills and other corporate billings.
  • Communicating administrative and facility needs and concerns to HR and Operations.
  • Prepares requirements for Government permits and ensures company licenses and permits are renewed and updated.
  • Performs other administrative tasks assigned by the Admin Manager and the Management.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Preferably female.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in the same capacity or in Human Resources with preference on experience in Administrative Services for Accommodation, Transportation, as well as expatriate needs such as housing and relevant matters.
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient organizational skills and proficient in MS Office Applications / Open Office.
  • Willing to work on Public Holiday.
  • Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the company’s policies concerning hygiene and health & safety.
  • Highly organized, analytical, trustworthy, can work efficiently under pressure.
