This role will report directly to the VP, Human Resources
You will have an opportunity to :
Inspire, coach and lead a highly talented group of engaged HR leaders
Manage and oversee the full teams represent HR in the area of Employee Relations and People and Culture.
Develop and execute on the strategy for the various HR portfolios that fosters a highly engaged and productive workforce.
Ensure regular reporting and cadence with the executives and HR team on accomplishments, trending metrics and opportunities.
Regularly analyze various data sets to seek out opportunities to improve Quantrics operations from a people perspective.
Each month we tell our HR story to the executives.
Ensure that all disciplines of HR are operative in a consultative manner (we do not operate HR as order takers) and offer the utmost value to the business through its various programs, initiatives, and day-to-day activities.
Protectively strategizing and thinking of how HR can continue to help evolve and shape as an Employment destination for people to build their careers.

Carefully manage key metrics such as overall engagement, attendance and attrition
Ensure all labor-related issues and concerns are managed legally and fairly with a balance approach
You will be a great fit on our team if
Approximately 10 years+ experience in Human Resources leading Employee Relations, Talent management and People and Culture (Engagement).
Capable of balancing the needs of the business.
Creative and solution oriented HR leader that has high business acumen and skills to influence
Highly analytical and experience developing forward thinking strategies to enable the business.
A leader who is collaborative, motivating and unafraid to share his / her thoughts at all levels in tactful manner.
You are not afraid to adjudicate cases forward to Dole to protect the operations of the business
Deep knowledge of the employee market in the Philippines
Demonstrate ability to build relationships both onshore and virtually, in a global environment
Excellent Leadership skills with focus on people development and client management
Skilled in developing power-point presentation and presenting at an executive level
Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds
Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills
This role is NOT a morning shift role as it supports Canadian operations. Most employees work mid to late afternoon to late in the evenings.
