The Global Development Coordinator (GDC) is responsible for the coordination of the Shell Graduate Programme (SGP) and Shell Advanced Technical Programme (SATP) for technical disciplines.
These programmes play a key role in attracting and developing top technical talent in Shell.
Principal Accountabilities :
Responsible for all coordination aspects of the technical early career development programmes (SGP and SATP)
Enrolment and onboarding of new technical graduate and experienced hires, their Supervisors and their Discipline Representatives into the Shell Graduate Programme (SGP) and Shell Advanced Technical Programme (SATP)
Facilitates the SGP / SATP exit process through verification of completion of learning activities in preparation for the Roundtable discussion.
Global focal point for programme stakeholders
Acts as first point of contact for all programme related queries from all stakeholders. These include Discipline Representatives, Supervisors, Graduates, Professionals, Global Discipline Heads, Global Skillpool Managers, Capability Managers, Learning Advisors, and HR
Tracking and reporting on the progress of programme participants
Responsible for ongoing education of stakeholders and interested parties
Reporting and Analytics
Responsible for quarterly reporting and analysis on SGP and SATP
Providing adhoc reports to diverse stakeholders
Data / System management
Maintains overview of Graduates / Professionals and Discipline Representatives via SOU, SharePoint and Master Lists (Excel).
Support Graduates / Professionals, Supervisors and Discipline Reps on SOU system actions
Manages changes between frameworks in SGP / SATP.
approximately 2000 technical Graduates currently enrolled in SGP. 1700 technical professionals enrolled in SATP, and growing.
In addition, approximately 2500 Supervisors and 1500 Discipline Reps, 30 Global Discipline Heads, 20 Global Skill Pool Managers and 50 Learning Advisors (please confirm numbers from stakeholder lists)
6 GDCs, each has a portfolio of technical disciplines with + / - 400 participants
Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders (Discipline Representatives, Supervisors, Graduates, early career Technical Professionals, Global Discipline Heads, Global Skillpool Managers, Capability Managers, Learning Advisors, and HR)
