Responsibilities
Provides technical product support for complex problems on company products
Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to isolate and fix product issues
Provides design, reliability and other technical feedback to R&D
Provides updates to technical product documentation as issues are identified and fixed
Creates tests and diagnostic tools to identify and fix recurring issues as well as potential difficulties
Your profile
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role
Good skill set in JAVA (code reading capabilities is a must)
Basic knowledge on Linux / Unix
Fundamental knowledge on Structured Query Language (SQL)
Financial trading support role experience is a plus as well as general knowledge of financial industry
Fluent in English both oral and written communication
Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tickets / issues simultaneously
Ability to understand and translate customer requirements
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
Good attention to details
Team player and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
Ability to work with global teams across time zones
Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent courses
