  • Provides technical product support for complex problems on company products
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to isolate and fix product issues
  • Provides design, reliability and other technical feedback to R&D
  • Provides updates to technical product documentation as issues are identified and fixed
  • Creates tests and diagnostic tools to identify and fix recurring issues as well as potential difficulties
  • Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Good skill set in JAVA (code reading capabilities is a must)
  • Basic knowledge on Linux / Unix
  • Fundamental knowledge on Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Financial trading support role experience is a plus as well as general knowledge of financial industry
  • Fluent in English both oral and written communication
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tickets / issues simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Good attention to details
  • Team player and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work with global teams across time zones
  • Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent courses
