Data Management :
Ensures HR systems data integrity by establishing, maintaining, and working with cross functional teams on processes for global data governance through globally aligned guidelines and regular global data audits.
Serves as subject matter expert on HR data, ensuring that other projects involving HR data are properly handled in accordance with company and legislative policies.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence :
Manages all People-related reporting capabilities and HR systems reports . Establishes and maintains core business metrics, advanced analytics and establish and aligned to educating and evaluating people data in support of business goals.
Serves as main point of contact for all reporting needs of the business, and works with other functions as necessary to provide relevant data and reports.
Acts as service delivery prime to ensure all stakeholders get accurate and timely information through appropriate reports.
HR Systems Implementation
Works on the maintenance and ongoing implementation of robust HR tools and systems that will support People programs (compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, etc)
Serves as Project lead for all HRIS related projects, implementations, designs and deployments. Works with the business stakeholders and the IT system administrators to manage all system functionality and system integrations of HR systems.
HR Shared Services
Will help setup and manage global processes, establishing a shared services model set up to support HR systems, potentially as a client-facing service.
Required Experience :
At least 8 years of experience in HRIS roles within a high growth environment. Prior ERP or HRIS implementation and day-to-day management experience preferred.
Prior shared services management experience preferred.
Superior working knowledge of People systems, system logic, system set-up, system interfaces / integrations and system security.
Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent process design and re-design skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to plan, establish and manage a budget.
Strong working knowledge of data privacy laws.
Ability to scale systems in a fast paced, fast changing environment.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed, focused execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
