Job Summary

  • The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the full facilities maintenance and operations management of sites under his area / cluster.
  • This scope covers oversight of all R&M related activities, housekeeping, and management of 3rd party vendors, business unit coordination, and landlord coordination.

    He or she will directly report to the Operations Manager and is the focal point on all facilities-related concern of his cluster / area.

  • Likewise, the position is responsible for leading the technical team under his designated cluster, ensuring that all works are done within the Service Level Agreement.

  • Experience :

  • Experience in handling multiple sites / offices
  • Experience in Facility / property management
  • Experience in landlord coordination
  • Experience in permits processing (Business permit, FSIC, MEPF, etc)
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical / Automotive or equivalent or Electrical.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
