ManilaRole PurposeThe Trade Support team is responsible for assisting and resolving customer concerns over the phone, message center platform and email.
They also liaise effectively internally with other departments from Manila and Sydney to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.
The team is also handling our Bunnings Warehouse support team for Tradesmen. They are responsible for contacting Bunnings-
registered tradesmen that can do jobs for consumers who bought an item from Bunnings warehouse. They are also in charge of doing follow-
ups to tradies if they have completed the job or if the tradie has a payment dispute. Lastly, they are responsible for engaging tradies to use the platform more, to realize its value and educate them on how to make the most out of the service to cater to their business needsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Transfer calls quickly and efficientlyLiaise effectively internally with other departments, for example our Sales and Support team, to ensure that customers’ needs are addressedUnderstand all aspects of the business and products in order to support effectivelyReply to inbound customer emails and enquiries with detailed response and action accordinglyHandle all requests with due skill and careCall customers after they have been sold onto hipages to educate them further about product offerings and ensure that they are utilizing the service to their potential.
