What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to be a trusted advisor? Do you have a passion to work across many departments to implement existing and new processes built for success?
In this role, you’ll ensure quality and accuracy metric of the team are met every month as well as monitoring outage, weather, and contingency.
You’ll report to the Manager, Workforce Management. You’ll impact the teams you support.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Process and help with service tickets, support items, and
Help train new employees and monitoring team performance
Bring your time management and organizational skills to forecast and provide advice to teams
Ensure customer data safety and privacy
What You Bring to the Role
6 months or more data analysis experience
Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
Team building and nurturing an inclusive environment
A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers
Engage and support the team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
