  • We are looking for someone with :

    College or University graduate of any course

    At least 1 year BPO experience.

    Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute with 99% Accuracy

    Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time

    Amenability to work in UP Ayalaland TechnoHub

    Amenability to work at night full-time, shifting schedules, Philippine holidays

    Willing to render overtime work as needed

    Nice to Haves :

    Preferably BPO experience that supported Insurance

    Exposure to Shared Services or Financial Services environment / industry

    On the job you will :

    Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools

    Work closely with team leaders to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.

    Process and capture new business information to system according to established methods and procedures

    Communicate effectively to agents and clients through memo and / or letter

    Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

    Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team

    Ensure that all cases assigned are completed within the expected turnaround time

    Assist colleagues during business peak season or high-volume days

    Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

    Consistently meet the service targets set by the company at the soonest possible time

    Provide support to different business areas where needed

    Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
