    Project Management Skills Network monitoring of multiple national and customized activities

    Operating Skills - Knowledge on networks, 10-5-1 Merchandising Guiding Principles, Merch Matrix, Clear designation and prioritization of tasks

    Knowledge on Basic Control Measures - supplier and assets management, budgets utilization and correct charging locations.

    Soft Skills :

    Influencing Skills manage agency and field sales counterparts

    Problem Solving Skills - practical approach to issues with a SMART format

    People / Personality Management - Conflict management and consistent follow through
