Provide 1st level technical support

Troubleshoot related concerns and queries

Respond to software and hardware inquiries

Assist customers in the logging system

Requirements :

Open for both Native and Non-Native Italian Speakers

Proficient in both Italian and English

Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience in a service desk

Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus

With good technical troubleshooting skills

Willing to work onsite in Taguig
