The purpose of Site Security Manager is to safeguard ST interests, by protecting its physical, intellectual, logical assets and its personnel.
This includes, but not limited to preparing and providing a proper response to security emergencies and incidents that represent a threat to the company.
The main role of this position is to manage Security Management System
Based on risk assessments, this position defines, implements and improves the physical, personnel and external security protection plans on a day to day operation and within a 3 years road map.
This position is responsible of managing site alertness level, minor and major security incidents and security crisis for the site.
This position is responsible of the security culture development within the site through training, awareness and communication programs.

SITE PHYSICAL SECURITY PROCESS
Manage physical security protection on the day to day basis in collaboration with guard house chief officer
SITE PERSONNEL SECURITY PROCESS
Proceed to Employee position risk assessment regarding the site assets and define access right architecture based on Need to Access and Need to Know and risk mitigation
Implement and manage employees, sub-contractor and supplier vetting versus the potential risks in collaboration with Purchasing and Human Resources department and in full compliance with ST & national laws and regulatory.
EXTERNAL SECURITY ( Outside ST premises)
External events organization
Proceed to an event risk assessment and prepare security risk mitigation measures with all the external partners, sub-contractor, supplier and law enforcement authorities involved in the event organization
Security during Business Travel
In relationship with security head of Region, advise site employees travelling in high risk area and give support to employee facing a security issue
MANAGEMENT OF SITE SECURITY ALERTNESS LEVEL, MINOR INCIDENTS & MAJOR INCIDENTS ,
Drive the site alertness level (Security, Social, Natural hazard risks) and the related measures in order to maintain proper site security resilience
SITE SECURITY TRAINING, AWARENESS AND COMMUNICATION :
Manage training for new comers about Security management system, Physical security, Personnel security and External Security.
1. (Internal ) ST SECURITY or - EHS or OPERATIONS professional with 5+ years supervision experience preferred, coupled with positive performance contributions within area of responsibility, ASIS Certification CPP (or similar certification ) , Knowledge and Experience of system management (as ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, 34001)
2.(Internal / External) SECURITY or - EHS or OPERATIONS professional with 10+ years supervision experience preferred, coupled with positive performance contributions within area of responsibility, ASIS Certification CPP (or similar certification ) , Knowledge and Experience of system management (as ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, 34001)
3.(External) 10+ years law enforcement agencies coupled with an operational experience in private industrial companies , Knowledge and Experience of process management system (as ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, 34001)
4.English language proficiency (Written + Verbal)
