5 years experience in management and supervision; familiar with the budgeting process of the government and preferably with strong background in organizational development

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a third year law student / law graduate;
  • Experience in government service plus;
  • Knowledgeable in legal research, with distinct overview of forms and concepts of law and jurisprudence;
  • Very good oral and written ability;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • JOB SUMMARY

    The Chief Administrative Officer shall provide the JJWC with series relating to budget, collection, disbursement, other financial matters, human resources, career planning and development, personnel transaction and employee welfare, records, correspondence, supplies, property and equipment, security and general services.

    Tasks :

  • As head of the Division, he / she shall direct, supervise and facilitate the various tasks ofo the Division to ensure the proper functioning of Budget, Accounting, Cash, Personnel, Property and Supplies, Records and the General Services’ Units;
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of an effective financial plan to support the JJWC’s Program, activities and projects aimed at achieving its desired outcome and mandate
  • Formulate and implement the fiscal, policies and guidelines of JJWC;
  • Ensure legality and propriety of all financial transactions of JJWC;
  • Prepare required financial reports as required by JJWC and all regulating agencies;
  • Ensure the timely payment of all accountability of the office;
  • Direct the provision of administrative and logistical support to the JJWC and the RJJWC;
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director

    4. Certificate or relevant training and seminars attended (to be submitted upon the scheduled exam and interview)

    5. If applicable, qualified applicants must also submit copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract / Summary of Rating of Performance Contracts Assessment from former / existing government office.
