Ensure that all advisors are equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed practices.
Set personal and team targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards.Encourage attendance in Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
Monitor daily activities and performance.Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work.
Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner.Must possess Bachelor’s / College degree.
Must be willing to go through the process of becoming a coded advisorMust be proficient in MS Office Suite especially in Microsoft Excel.
Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.Must be critical and keen to details.Must be proficient in English and Filipino Language.
Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and wide network of lives.Must be able to learn fast and execute required output within the given time.
