  • Provide project management services that will undertake projects assigned by the Program and Project Management Office (PPMO).
  • Provided project management services will ensure successful delivery of requirement specified and agreed across project stakeholders.
  • Provided project management services will ensure that assigned projects are progressing according and compliant to PPMO process Standards.
  • To interface with project stakeholders, gathering and refining project requirements.
  • Conduct Project kick-off meeting
  • Attend project meetings called for that client has to cover on a regular basis and provide the view / input of client in those meetings
  • To be the primary contact person of client for the assigned projects.
  • To ensure that the Infrastructure build as required by project is done according to client Standards
  • To oversee the installations, the activation, the setup of infrastructure required by assigned projects were done according to client specs and industry standards.
  • To escalate to the Project Team, to client Seniors anything of concern relating to the project
  • Determine Project scope of the project / initiative and incorporate to Project charter.
  • Manage project streams and gather Level 3 cost estimates.
  • Upload L3 Estimates into Project Financial System(TCAPS)
  • Prepare Project Charter and upload into system.
  • Facilitate Project documentations and approval from required stakeholders.
  • Identify and recognize problems, coordinate with the technical team on the possible solutions and properly communicate the proposed resolution to the stakeholders promptly.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure a smooth and timely hand-over of the project.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and transmit minutes of the meeting.
  • Provide regular project status reports to project stakeholders fortnightly.
  • Provide weekly status report of projects to client Country Head.
  • For Projects with total investment of more than US$100,000.00 raise IEP (INITIATIVE EXPENDITURE POLICY) using L3 estimates and follow-up approvals.
  • Accomplish and submit Project Change form if scope, cost and schedule change is identified.
  • Submit Project Issue form if issues are identified.
  • Monitor raised PR(Purchase Request) and PO(Purchase Order) of equipment by streams and business.
  • Monitor delivery of purchased equipment.
  • Monitor project implementation.
  • Prepare Project Execution and Acceptance documents and upload into system.
  • Provide assistance to the streams on the Build and Validate of the solutions.
  • Monitor project cut-over to production
  • Track and update project timelines and lifecycle.
  • Complete and Lock Financial details in TCAPS
  • Prepare Project Closure document
  • To adhere to client Program and Project Management Standard for Technology set by PPMO
  • 1-4 years experience in Project Management
