Currently we have the opportunity for a well-rounded English speaker Learning & knowledge mgt specialist’ who will be responsible for all aspects of learning delivery in the assigned geographic scope.
Your responsibilities :
Your responsibilities are split into 2 areas Learning & compliance and Knowledge mgt. For Learning & compliance , your responsibilities are :
Ensure effective and high quality learning delivery, in close cooperation with Center of Excellence team, Philips University team and other key stakeholders
Define lean trainings and training administration practice in scope
Responsible for the execution of the Center of Excellence learning strategy in the assigned geographic scope ie : Manila as well as best practice sharing across the our Center of Excellence global community
Manage sourcing and selection of internal trainers / leaders / facilitators and external training vendors where necessary and in line with the Center of Excellence Learning strategy and Philips University governance
Responsible for continuous improvement of Center of Excellence learning delivery
Stimulates learner motivation and encourage participation
Approve each training material prior to usage and control the set and recording of approved trainings.
Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the training administration and control activities and its ability to support the business
Report on training compliance and training related KPI’s.
Ensures the assignments of training requirements profiles and documentation for all job’s required training.
Ensure set-up Training Management System, and support users of the system.
For Knowledge Management (KM) , you responsibilities are :
List out functions and job roles in scope for GBS
Assesse current available work instructions and further process documentation that needs to be compiled by function, by role, by location, by process, by tool
Store of all as-is documentation needs in the central KM platform
Clean up documentation; Compiled documentation needs to be analyzed for duplicates, overlaps, outdated content
Standardize efforts for processes need to be launched across GBS

Requirements :
Bachelors / Masters’ degree in Education, Psychology, Organization Development and the equivalent
5-7 years working experience as a learning and development professional in a global MNC including learning deployment responsibilities
Extensive experience in classroom facilitation, presentations, data management
Demonstrated experience in various aspects of the end-to-end learning cycle including needs analysis, learning design and development, learning delivery and learning evaluation with a particular focus on learning delivery and facilitation content as well as process and culture change facilitation
Demonstrated success implementing scalable, repeatable learning solutions leveraging learning technology from initial assessment through final implementation;
Ability to influence across complex organizational boundaries, global boundaries and diverse cultures
Demonstrated experience as a change agent, change leader in transformation with ability to influence through complex systems
Fluent level of English, Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in process mapping / process transformation
Demonstrated interest in and capacity to deliver knowledge management and / or organizational learning programs
Well-versed in industry trends and in dealing with diverse personalities
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment with high attention to detail
Adaptability / Flexibility
