  • Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager
  • Manage accounts and develop their loyalty to the company through strong relationship and product knowledge
  • Keep a healthy sales pipeline and develop new accounts
  • Negotiate prices and other terms with the accounts
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development based on accounts’ feedback and suggestions, and market development
  • Provide good customer service
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Manage ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Required to report to the office in Antipolo once a week
  • The rest of the week to be spent in the field
  • Learning Opportunities

  • You will learn about the frozen food industry and be able to build your network of restaurateurs, caterers and distributors
  • You will learn about frozen seafood and meat items
  • You will develop sales skills that will be useful in any industry
  • You will work closely with all departments, giving you access to learn end-to-end processes
  • You will have full accountability of growing your assigned territory, enabling you to have a great sense of fulfillment and ownership
  • You will earn commission from collected sales
  • Your Profile

  • You are a fresh graduate or have a few years of work experience
  • You love to sell
  • You have excellent planning, communication and customer service skills
  • You are a good listener and a strong negotiator
  • You are influential, charismatic and persistent
  • You are structured, diligent, reliable, resourceful and results-oriented
  • You are highly motivated, self-driven and disciplined
