Position : HR Services Administrator - (Work Authorization) Sick Leave

Location : Pasay City- Temporary Work from Home

Salary :

P 80,000- P 90,000 gross

Industry :

Schedule :

Dayshift - Weekends off

Responsibilities :

Accountable for ensuring all employees are legally authorized to

work in the country of employment.

Worked with HR Services, Recruitment, Global Immigration,

Workforce Staffing (WFS), Line / local HR, and business stakeholders who are

responsible for conducting any required work authorization checks.

Act as the subject matter expert in the administration of HR audit

and compliance programs.

Provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution,

and perform issue resolution through an electronic remedy process.

Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and

discrepancies in data for correction.

English Interview with the Team Lead

Interview with Hiring Manager

Requirements :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English &

Mandarin)

With exp / background in BPO / Shared Services set-up

1-2 years experience in a HR or related field

MS Office experience and ability to

independently use MS Excel formulas for reporting

Experience working with KPIs and SLAs is a plus

Ability to work in international teams where

team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
