  • Manage, delegate and monitor claims processing with external parties, customers, other company and government agencies.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with laws and regulations are carried out in a legitimate and legally acceptable matter.
  • Perform claim negotiation and confirm settlement amount.
  • Evaluate all new claims and administer all integrity data and manage communication to safety department and monitor all claims and ensure timely closure.
  • Design and implement various policies and procedures for claims.
  • Evaluate all business units associate claims.
  • Provide training to juniors to manage all outstanding claims and design and efficient duty program.
  • Ensure that appropriate insurance is taken against business risks as required by the company.
  • Handle all the activities in relation to claims against other company or person and take responsibility when being claimed or taken to court or arbitration.
  • Analyze all claims to ensure optimal quality and prepare reports or various business units and monitor all chargeback expenses and provide report to all clients and management.
  • Analyze claim causes and trends, financial accruals and recommends specific solutions. Propose the claim prevention within the company.
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays and be assigned in McKinley, Taguig City.
  • More than 5 years managerial experience working related to the position.
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate.
