Provides technical knowledge and consulting to the project.
Work closely with the Continuum Global Solutions IT providers, Customer IT management, Internal and External Operations and suppliers to design and deliver the IT infrastructure solution and ensure overall connectivity.
Primary communication point for all IT components for both customer and Continuum Global Solution personnel.
Develop and manage project plans.
Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program / project on schedule and within budget constraints.
Monitor execution of activities dealing with IT components and report status to key stakeholders.
Builds Bills of Materials, Capital Expenditure information and other documents and tools to support costing and financial modeling processes for project efforts.
Work with customer application specialists to meet customer application accessibility requirements.
Analysis and design of access to customer applications via customer and Continuum Global Solution protocols (e.g., Citrix, Terminal Services, etc.).
