The Role

As a Test Non-Functional Head, you will responsible to define, implement and refine strategies to ensure successful Test Non-Functional Management.

Ensure the performance quality of the software being developed and deployed to production. The role drives the planning, monitoring, and control of the performance testing activities and tasks.

His main duty is to lead and guide the analysis, design, implementation, execution of test scripts, and report generation.

How you'll contribute

  • Supervise and lead the work of testing team. Assign testing tasks to testers and assist in test execution when required.
  • Align with the Test Delivery Head for status reporting and defect management. Work with Non-Functional Test Senior Engineer / Junior Engineer to scope and estimate the testing.
  • Engage in cross-functional duties from planning, test environment preparation, scripting and scenario creation, test data management, test asset maintenance, execution, reports, and analysis.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of test progress, risks, and issues in accordance with the project’s risk and issue management plans.
  • Identify potential performance issues that may cause the system to not work as expected and help drive in issue resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to existing policies / procedures and in matters relating to people, processes, and technology and then assisting in the implementation of improvements.
  • What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Computer Science / Information Technology, or other related field.
  • At least 10 years in depth experience in reviewing and analyzing of system requirements, preparation of test documents, and estimates, test.

  • Knowledge on the full spectrum of performance testing such as stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and load testing.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have good documentation skills - job relies on recording and reporting the problems found and problem-solving skills - to find solutions to the issues found.
  • Adept on core banking.
  • Good critical thinking able to analyze and interpret performance / load test results.
  • Solid experience in Performance Testing strategy and tools such as JMeter.
  • Quick to learn able to understand business process maps, flowcharts, and system diagrams.
  • Leadership can lead and guide team to meet project objective.
