Open to College graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
With at least 6 years of work experience in BPO industry with 1 to 2 years of experience as Team Lead
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills and good work ethic
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
Good knowledge of websites / social media platforms
