Job Description : Training Delivery. Conduct of training programs based on approved design and content. Client Servicing.

Ensure a long-term and positive relationship with clients. Training Needs Analysis. Conduct training needs analysis and evalution of training programs.

Content design and development. Create and / or recommend training program improvements, program outline based on gathered client needs.

Minimum Qualifications : Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-

solving skills; Graduate of any 4-year course At least 5 years related hands-on experience performing main responsibilities indicated below Has excellent communication skills -

writtem and oral English and Filipino Adaptable, flexible, fast learner Willing to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
