Responsibilities :

• End to end recruitment process from HR Interview to Onboarding

• Will function as a Junior Recruitment Team Leader.

• Handle a team of 2-5 team members responsible for recruiting and processing of volume Entry Level (Data and Voice) and Experience Hires (Support roles such as TL, OM, QA, SME, Multi-lingual) profiles.

• SME and provide guidance to both team members and business on the best way to fulfil open demands.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree of any course, preferably Human Resource related but not required

• Must have at least 3-5 years recruitment experience preferably BPO with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience and has handled 2-3 resources

• Experience in candidate screening and assessment

• Strong stakeholder management

• Experience in Account Management

• Good command in English both verbal and written

• Excellent candidate relationship management

• Knowledgeable in Recruiting Systems / Tools and Reports

• Must be willing to be assigned in any of Accenture Sites in Cebu :

o IT Business Park (any building)

o Ayala Business Park
