â¢ End to end recruitment process from HR Interview to Onboarding
â¢ Will function as a Junior Recruitment Team Leader.
â¢ Handle a team of 2-5 team members responsible for recruiting and processing of volume Entry Level (Data and Voice) and Experience Hires (Support roles such as TL, OM, QA, SME, Multi-lingual) profiles.
â¢ SME and provide guidance to both team members and business on the best way to fulfil open demands.
â¢ Bachelorâs Degree of any course, preferably Human Resource related but not required
â¢ Must have at least 3-5 years recruitment experience preferably BPO with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience and has handled 2-3 resources
â¢ Experience in candidate screening and assessment
â¢ Strong stakeholder management
â¢ Experience in Account Management
â¢ Good command in English both verbal and written
â¢ Excellent candidate relationship management
â¢ Knowledgeable in Recruiting Systems / Tools and Reports
â¢ Must be willing to be assigned in any of Accenture Sites in Cebu :
o IT Business Park (any building)
o Ayala Business Park
