The Talent Acqustion Manager oversees the success of the Site talent sourcing team and employs strategies on talent sourcing and optimization of the Results brand to increase applicant foot traffic.
The position develops sourcing and recruitment plans to ensure that a robust talent pool is available for short notice, medium term and seasonal hiring requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, maintains, oversees and implements cost effective talent acquisition strategies / sourcing plans sensitive to the changing manpower demands of the business
Ensure adherence to the SLA’s for Sourcing and Recruitment that include but not limited to applicant flow , fill rate, success / pass rate, applicant to hire ratios, new hire attrition, cost per hire and over-
all applicant experience
Effectively evaluate and utilize multi-media branding and marketing strategies that would bring the highest yields within reasonable costs
To achieve optimization of talent, implement effective talent pooling, hiring strategies and reprofiling to support continuous / year round and seasonal hiring
Build and maintain strong partnerships with government and educational institutions, training academies , third party search agencies, online recruitment service providers to achieve expanded and optimized talent sources
Partners and coordinates with business owners to determine hiring profiles, sourcing and hiring costs as well as leaders as well as partners on a regular basis in addition to participating in internal as well as external meetings with clients, business leaders and partners
Perform other duties, functions and tasks that are incidental to the job and as may be assigned
Solid experience in leading Sourcing and Recruitment teams preferably in the call center industry
Resourceful, creative and innovative in coming up with sourcing ideas; ability to think and act strategically, and can anticipate trends and assess talent pooling trends in a competitive market
Strong background in building networks and relationships for talent pool sourcing
Skilled in determining hiring profile and applicant data analysis , problem-solving and time management skills and has excellent organizational ability
College Degree preferably in Marketing, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or Advertising Media
Excellent English oral and written communication skills; can make impactful presentations to clients and company executives
Proficient in utilization of applicant tracking system
Ability to manage stress ; flexible in challenging work situations
Frequent : Bending / stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking.
Occasional : Kneeling, pushing / pulling.
