SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains efficient customer service at all times.
2. Performs the following functions to attain maximum and efficient customer service.
3. Endorse unsold gift cheques, show tickets, etc. to Treasury Department for checking and safe keeping at the end of the day.
4. Gives suggestions on how to improve customer service counter procedures.
5. Maintains orderliness of the work area to ensure systematic flow of work
6. Sees to it that all merchandise / items and other equipment kept in the general area and in her custody are well secured.
7. Supports Management's decisions, requirements and expectations.
8. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
