1. Maintains efficient customer service at all times.

  • Gives the customer a pleasant and cheerful smile / greeting
  • Acknowledges the presence of customers, listens and pays attention to their needs
  • Attends to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding
  • Thanks the customer at the end of every transaction
  • 2. Performs the following functions to attain maximum and efficient customer service.

  • Sells gift cheques, show tickets, insurance policies and the like
  • Ensures proper documentation of gift cheques, show tickets, etc.
  • Assists customers in accomplishing BDO credit card forms
  • Prepares and issues cash and charge invoices
  • 3. Endorse unsold gift cheques, show tickets, etc. to Treasury Department for checking and safe keeping at the end of the day.

    4. Gives suggestions on how to improve customer service counter procedures.

    5. Maintains orderliness of the work area to ensure systematic flow of work

  • Ensures proper storage and cleanliness as a preventive measure against fire and other accidents
  • 6. Sees to it that all merchandise / items and other equipment kept in the general area and in her custody are well secured.

    7. Supports Management's decisions, requirements and expectations.

    8. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
