Job Description

Sandbox Business Support Services is currently seeking an Answering Service Representative or Inbound Call Receptionist to join our team of energetic and positive professionals as a member of our Sales Support Employees expected to provide a high level of Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls from prospects and properly route these calls to the booking / admissions teams

Answer inbound calls from students and properly route these calls to the academic affairs team

Use Salesforce to create / verify Lead record data and document call transfer attempts

Other related projects or tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

1+ years in a high volume inbound call center

Proficient computer and email skills

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

LANGUAGE : Must be fluent in both written and verbal Standard American English.

EDUCATION : High School / Secondary Diploma (or Relevant Experience)

EXPERIENCE : Entry Level (1-4 years)
